Dwello is on a mission to revolutionize the world of real estate investing. Our platform makes investing in real estate accessible, efficient and simple for everyone. We’re the first in the Netherlands to make it possible to digitally buy and sell real estate investments. 

Dwello’s MVP has been live since July and we’ve secured an angel investment to grow the marketplace and innovate the product. We’re looking for an eager and experienced CTO to build the ultimate product that will have the potential to scale across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Steer and drive the technology vision and strategy of the platform.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of all infrastructure.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
• Hands-on engineering role scaling the team to one of the leading proptech firms in the world.
• Work closely with the founders and the board to ensure Dwello’s success.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience coding and leading technical teams.
• Start-up mentality/experience.
• Experience in building and scaling an engineering team.
• Experience with marketplaces.
